Your information will not be stored for future orders and you will have to fill in your information each time you order with us. You will be asked for your shipping address, billing address and credit card information each time you "check-out" with us.
Most orders are shipped same day.
If an item must be back ordered, you will receive notification with your shipment. All back orders will automatically be canceled five weeks after the order date unless we are notified by the buyer to keep the back order active.
Refusal and Returns:
All Customers Must Have A Return # before Returning or Exchanging an Order. Orders returned without a Return # Or Orders Refused incur a 20% restocking fee.
Special Orders/ Club Orders:
Due to the Exclusive nature of a Special order , There is a 50% cancellation charge on all Special orders. Special Orders are non Returnable or refundable. We consider all Club Orders or Orders over 5 pieces of any one Style a Special Order if not Placed by a Registered Dealer. Also a Special order is a order with special instructions/ Custom Work. Special Orders can Take up to 21 Days to Complete Depending on the Time of Year.
OUR RETURN & XCHANGE POLICY:
1) All exchanges must be done within 30 days of Purchase. Product exchanged must be new condition and not have been worn out riding. You Must email us at email@example.com For Return and XChange Authorization form. Packages sent without exchange form will be Charged a 20% Restocking Fee.
2) There is No charge for Stock Item X-Changes except for Size Charge and Postage
3) a request for return for refund must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. 4) Unless the returned item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping charges, item is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused. 5) All Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping Charges are not refundable. 6) There is a 10% fee on all Order Cancellations
Our lifetime guarantee "Guaranteed 4 Life" covers the workmanship and materials on all of our American made chaps, jackets, vests and pants as long as you own them. This includes any problem with snaps, zippers, seams and grommets that arise due to normal use of the garment. If you have any problem please e-mail us or call 1-800-643-3321. We will arrange to have your garment sent back to us. Our guarantee does not cover the liner or any hardware attached to the liner. Any garments that have been abused (accidents, knife fights,altered,or failure to properly maintain the garment or customer abuse) will not be covered. We do not cover the Fading on Denim Products. Gloves and and items in our accessories section are not covered by our lifetime warranty. Garments that have had pins or patches installed can be repaired but not replaced. We Can Also Replace your Lining of any age at a minimal charge.
